Day 2 in the UK
Today we were welcomed by the song of birds and 24 degree C sun. Our hosts' 300-year old farm house is surrounded by lush green grass and trees. After a brief driving lesson for Matt we headed off to Moel Fammau for some local eye candy: a winding footpath boasting valley views of patchwork farmland and free ranging sheep. Atop the 300m hill was a 16th century stone battlement built to cradle a British communications beacon meant to warn London of incomming Spanish raiders. Tommorow we leave early for the Lake District as a two-part road trip to visit our friends Dave and Neyir in Scotland.
